Aquí el prontuario completo de uno de los cursos del Profesor James P. Conlan para este segundo semestre del año académico 2011-2011.

Noten que luego de los ensayos asignados añade una sección de ‘Policies’ donde impone su ideología como prerrequisito para pasar el curso. Luego, reproduce el artículo 32 del Reglamento de 2006 en su totalidad como muestra de su obsesión con la Ley.

"Students are not workers. They have no right to strike. They have no right to a free or virtually free education under existing UPR law. Article 32 of the Reglamento General of the University of Puerto Rico (below) prohibits interference with the academic and administrative calendar. Interference with the academic calendar is a violation of the Reglamento, a violation of the conditions of attending the UPR, a tortious act, and a violation of the civil rights of other students and employees, including mine. Impeding access to educational and health services has recently been made a crime. The UPR provides a forum for free and open debate; that forum includes my class. However, students in my classes are required to understand and honor the difference between protected speech and conduct AS A PREREQUISITE for passing my course."
